Life is hard, especially for those who refuse to settle. When you're young, you have all these hopes and dreams but the hardest time, in my opinion, is that period of life where you're in between being young and approaching real adulthood. A time where you have to sensibly decide whether you're still going to reach for the stars or whether it's time to give up and settle for less. 
There is safety in settling. To purposely gain more responsibilities to distract you from the fact that you just gave up... I wonder if it's more, or less painful to give up... 
To dare to dream is the hardest thing I've ever done in my life. They say it all gets better with time, but honestly, for me, it only gets harder as the years go by. 
The good and the bad thing about me is, I refuse to quit. Although, it does make me wonder how much more pain I have to endure before I get 'there'.
Tomorrow I'm sure I'll be fine. Hopeful, determined and focused but today, I'm doubting everything...
