If I am going to learn to truly love myself, these the guidelines I'm going to have to follow. I can no longer keep reminding myself of all the things I've done in the past; all the regrets I have. 
It’s essential that I protect myself and trust myself. I have to always hope for the best in myself, to have patience with myself. Be kind to myself and stop being so hard on myself.
Then I can really love others.
